We want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases from Mill House Quilts. All merchandise is high quality and inspected prior to shipping.
If you should need to return an item, you must contact us within 30 days of your receiving the product to arrange for a return authorization. Merchandise that is defective or damaged will be promptly replaced. Goods that are returned for any reason other than being defective or damaged are subject to a 10% restocking and handling fee and must be in the same condition in which you received them. Mill House Quilts will not be responsible for return shipping charges. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to the account from which you purchased the goods. Shipping and sales taxes on shipping (if applicable) cannot be refunded. Please note that books, patterns and software are not returnable because of copyright issues. Sale and clearance items are not returnable.
Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt with your return along with the reason for the return. Mill House Quilts is not responsible for any lost or misdirected returns.
